Felix Red to Defend New Title Twice!

Reported on Friday, June 2 2006

If you're wondering if the insanely strange are about to outdo themselves, look no further to the final regular season week inside the NFW Eastern Conference, where Felix Red will defend his newly won NFW World Heavyweight Championship crown not once, but TWICE.

Contracts are official as the regular season finale for the boys from Tokyo will open and close with World Title matches. Perhaps, Beau Michaels isn't the strangest challenger to the crown this season because Kooter Michaels-Cruise (the supposed radioactive fetus conceived by Beau, Cameron and Mercedes Cruise) has openly challenged his mentor, Red and will square off in a teacher vs. student affair.

Meanwhile, the winner of that match looks forward to a man putting all his chips on the table as Kin Hiroshi closed out Week 9 announcing that he will cash in his World Championship challenge in the main event for Week 10.

So its Kooter vs. Felix, the winner moving onto Kin.

That's not to say the rest of the card won't be hot, either. Monsieur Fantastic takes on Doc Silver, Jason Payne faces Michael Manson in an "I Quit" match, two new faces join the fray as Scott Linx grapples Jonathan Marx and The Unknown Soldier does battle against Yori Yakamo, Jr.

As for Dan Ryan, he's boycotting the show in protest of Lindsay Troy's recent trade and suspension, while Cameron Cruise has been suspended from action this week for no-showing the East Conference show to aid Joey Melton at Wrestlestock.
